The Trial of Mam Sonando 

2012-09-14 - CLEC


The trial of Mam Sonando lasted three and a half days in the Phnom Penh Municipality Court from 11-14 September, 2012. Road access to the court was blocked. Many of Sonando's supporters were outside to show their support and call for his release. Many local and international NGOs as well as embassy officials observed the trial. CLEC observed the trial both inside and outside the courtroom.
